If I have my druthers, a good day of exercise involves two different activities. The first would be a pick up game of basketball. The follow up would be several laps in the pool. Whether you’re playing on a concrete court in a public park, or on the floor of a first class gymnasium, your shoes are going to get a work out. As I mentioned earlier, after a game of basketball I like to take some laps around the pool. Also another activity that doesn’t require much in the way of equipment.
